Thank you for visiting and shopping at MiniHolics website. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
During the pandemic our International warehouse deliveries(Indicated with INTL on the product) might have delays.
From our experience during these times, shipment time takes averagely 30-45 days to be delivered. to maintain these delivery times, we are shipping bulk orders from our International warehouse to our Las Vegas shop and then shipping it to our customers, this method means you won't get tracking number until we have the item in our Vegas store. you can contact us at any time with any questions.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders usually on sales events, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
please take in mind that if you order from the INTL(International) warehouse , shipping's might take more time to arrive, usually it take 14 business days, but can take up to 30 business days.
Pre-order / back-order's - those orders are processed within 21-35 business days, those are made to order items and can not be returned.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout by a USPS prices.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
HRP Motors LTD & HRP Customs LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
HRP Motors LTD & HRP Customs LLC
is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, firstly contact us and if seems the items was packed poorly or its our fault the products has been damaged we will replace your items with no additional cost.
If it seem to be the carrier fault - please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping out of states may take more time to be delivered, usually shipping's time overseas take up to 3 weeks to be delivered, but delays may occur.
If by any chance you see a product or a shipping option with EMS option take in mind those do not exist anymore, and we won't be able to use this shipping method.
If you do see one, please report to us.
Kendon Lifts and Trailers Shipping Policies
*Free freight to contiguous 48 USA states via standard LTL ground freight with delivery to a residence (liftgate included), local freight terminal or business only (must specify if business has forklift access or requires liftgate). Home delivery may not be available/not guaranteed to all locations. Home deliveries, where possible, are curb-side-only; inside delivery or additional requests may incur additional charges.
**Additional cost may apply to non-standard and custom colors. Kendon does not guarantee 100% color match on/to vehicles.
All products are shipped FOB (Freight On Board) Placentia, California. Kendon does not guarantee shipping and/or transit times. Customer is responsible for any additional freight charges. Residential deliveries, where possible, are curb-side-only. Due to the large size and height of Kendon trailers, Kendon cannot guarantee that a trailer can be shipped and delivered to all business and residential locations throughout the United States. Due to equipment and area limitations, residential deliveries with a lift gate cannot be guaranteed to all locations. If unsure, please contact Kendon for a freight quote and to verify that a trailer can be delivered to your location. Kendon does not accept returns without an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Customer is responsible for return freight. Returns may be subject to 20% restocking fee.

Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies and requirements associated with them. Products has to be in a new condition, with the original box. Products has to contain all its accessories if there is. Some of the products are not able to be returned, such as pre-ordered ones/back ordered. Restocking fee's may apply. All items will have to be shipped to HRP Customs shop in Las Vegas and after being reviewed and checked the refund will be issued.(there are no refunds on shipping costs)
HRP Motors save's the right to cancel your order at any time if there is something unexcepted that happened.
an order that got cancelled by a decision of HRP will be fully refunded with no additional charge's.
